I do not believe that a proper and thorough evaluation of my condition was conducted. The injections were prescribed by another physician based solely on MRI results, without attempting to identify the optimal location for the injection. Neither the previous physician nor Dr. Ostadian attempted to pinpoint the actual pain sources and affected areas. In fact, neither made any attempts beyond a brief conversation. No questions were asked and no examination of my back was conducted. Consequently, the injection resulted in severe pain upon completion.
When I contacted them to explain the severity of my pain and requested a simple referral to physical therapy to alleviate the excruciating pain, they refused my request and even attempted to push out my upcoming appointment by another week for another patient, despite my inability to stand, walk, lay, sit, sleep, etc., due to the pain. When I finally had my follow-up appointment, the doctor stated that the MRI cannot always determine the optimal injection site and that the injection likely caused the actual pain points to inflame. He finally asked me where the constant pain was and determined that it was not where the injections were administered. He suggested that we try the other location, but I declined and requested a referral back to physical therapy.

Great Dr. mono toned informative, answers questions that are important for your process or procedure. Seems to care for his patients. Talks you thru your procedure. Nice guy. I think he's a keeper or for as long as FSA account is open. He is someone I would suggest others too. Someone suggested him to me.

Dr Ramesh Singa is a fantastic doctor. I have a number of issues with my back. He is helping with those and done a fantastic job. I still have one more procedure that I’m going to do and then we’re gonna figure out Any other issues. I have seen a number of doctors for my back, but Dr. Singer is the one that is really helping. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

I was treated in the Leander clinic by Dr Singa for plantar fasciitis heel pain. He has vast experience in pain management I knew, but was also very attentive and kind during exams and the injections I received from him. He explained what he is doing and why during the process which I really appreciate. The heel pain has resolved much quicker than I expected so I’m really happy! The clinic and staff are really nice as well!
